A Family-Friendly Vision

‘Blossom’ blossomed from the vision of its owners, Dewi and Anthony Syrowatka, who bring over 20 years of culinary passion and expertise. Their journey began with establishing a fine-dining restaurant, Apéritif Bali, and a casual restaurant, CasCades, at the 5-star resort, Viceroy Bali, along with the authentic Chinese restaurant, Golden Monkey, in Ubud. The success of Golden Monkey led to a new location in Sanur, right next to Blossom Steakhouse. With this wealth of experience, their hearts brimmed with a desire to create a space where families and friends could weave memories as rich and flavourful as the steaks and seafood sizzling on our grills.

Blossom redefines casual dining, offering an approachable elegance where everyone feel welcome, from grandparents sharing stories to children giggling over their first taste of lobster.
Knowing convenience is key, Dewi and Anthony chose a prime location within the family-friendly Sanur area, nestled within the brand-new Icon Bali Mall. Award-Winning Culinary Expertise

 

Leading the culinary charge is our esteemed executive chef, Brenton Banner. Originally from Australia, Chef Brenton brings a wealth of experience to Blossom Steakhouse, having previously owned and operated a prestigious Chef Hat Award-winning restaurant in Melbourne. His journey in Bali has seen him work at renowned establishments like Hubble in Canggu, CasCades Restaurant and Bar, Golden Monkey Restaurant, and Dapur Raja in Ubud.

Chef Brenton’s passion for fresh, ethically sourced ingredients translates beautifully onto our menu, offering a delectable selection of steak and seafood grills alongside refreshing salads, a variety of tempting side dishes, and decadent desserts.

It has always been Chef Brenton’s dream to create a restaurant that brings happiness through food. He and the entire Blossom team hope every guest who walks through our doors leaves with a smile and a memory to cherish.
